Free Consultations
• Missed consultations (no-shows) or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
• This fee will also apply to any future consultations missed.
Appointments (Color, Extensions, Maintenance, etc.)
• A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Service Changes Within 48 Hours
• If you are booked for multiple services (e.g., color + extensions + maintenance) but choose to downgrade or cancel part of your appointment within 48 hours (e.g., only proceeding with maintenance instead of the full color service), you will be charged 50% of the cancelled portion of the service.
• We completely understand that sometimes things come up, so please don’t worry about missing your complimentary blowout appointment this time – your first one is always on us.
Just a quick note for the future: since we only have a limited number of appointments available, any future missed or canceled blowouts with less than 48 hours’ notice will have a $69 fee applied. This helps us keep things fair and ensure everyone has the chance to enjoy their appointment.
Why This Policy Exists;
Our stylists are commission-based professionals whose income depends on the time they reserve for clients. Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or reduced services mean lost wages and prevent us from offering that appointment to another client.
Respect & Flexibility
We completely understand that life happens! If you need to adjust or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Doing so ensures your deposit can be applied to your rescheduled appointment and avoids any additional charges.
