At Paramount Hair Extensions, we take great pride in providing luxury hair extension services, custom color transformations, and a high-quality salon experience for every client. To maintain this standard and protect the time of both our stylists and clients, we ask that you carefully review and agree to the following Terms & Conditions before booking an appointment or opting in to receive messages from us.
To secure your appointment, Paramount Hair Extensions requires a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is credited toward your scheduled service and is used to reserve your appointment time with our stylist.

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
We enforce this policy to protect our stylists, who work on a commission-based structure. Last-minute cancellations often result in appointment times that cannot be filled, which may cause your stylist to lose income for that period. Just as we value your time, we ask that you respect ours by providing proper notice when changes are needed.
Due to hygiene regulations and the custom nature of our services, all hair extension purchases and services are considered final sale.

Please make sure you are confident in your decision before confirming your appointment. Once hair has been opened, customized, installed, or used for a scheduled service, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Deposits help protect everyone’s time.
When an appointment is booked, we reserve time in a stylist’s schedule that could have been offered to another guest. If a client cancels without enough notice, it is often difficult or impossible to fill that appointment time, leaving the stylist without income for that portion of the day.
Your deposit ensures that even in the case of a late cancellation or missed appointment, your stylist is partially compensated for the time that was reserved.
Paramount Hair Extensions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the Program Name refers to Paramount Hair Extensions, the company operating the SMS messaging program.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Paramount Hair Extensions, you agree to receive text messages related to your appointment, consultation, booking, salon services, hair extension services, reminders, updates, follow-ups, customer support, and occasional promotional offers.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode or phone number from which you received our messages.
After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Paramount Hair Extensions unless you opt in again.
If you previously opted out and would like to rejoin our SMS messaging program, you may sign up again through our website, booking form, lead form, consultation form, or by otherwise providing consent to receive SMS messages from Paramount Hair Extensions.
Once you opt in again, we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
