Paramount Hair Extensions – Booking, Deposit & Refund Policy

We take great pride in providing luxury services and a high-quality experience to each of our clients. In order to maintain this standard and protect the time of both our stylists and clients, we ask that you carefully review and agree to the following policies before booking your appointment.

Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is credited toward your scheduled service and is used to reserve your time with our stylist.

Please note:

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance

The deposit covers the cost of holding your spot, not a portion of the service itself

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

If 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit can be transferred once to a new appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.

We enforce this policy to protect our stylists, who work on a commission-based structure. Last-minute cancellations often result in unfillable time slots, meaning your stylist loses income for that period. Just as we value your time, we ask that you respect ours by providing ample notice when changes arise.

Refund Policy – Hair Extensions

Due to hygiene regulations and the custom nature of our services, all hair extension purchases and services are final sale.

We do not offer refunds on:

Hair extensions (once purchased or installed)

Extension installation services

Change-of-mind cases after booking or completion of a service

Please ensure that you are confident in your decision before confirming your appointment, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the hair has been opened or installed.

Why Deposits Matter

We’re often asked why deposits are required — and the answer is simple: they help protect everyone’s time.

When an appointment is booked, we allocate time in a stylist’s schedule that could have gone to another guest. If a client cancels without enough notice, it’s often impossible to rebook that time, leaving your stylist without income for that part of their day.

Just as your time and income are valuable, so is theirs. Your deposit ensures that even in the case of a last-minute cancellation, your stylist is partially compensated for their time.
